What's New?

Since we completed our "Farewell Concert Series" on July 31, 2018, it has been a challenge to keep up with all the new things we have had to learn and do with GraceWorks. However, we have discovered that our "old" ministry isn't gone--just changed.

2020 was a challenging year for all of us, but God is faithful, and His work continues...just not the way we thought it would go at the beginning of the year. In January, February, and the first part of March, we visited churches in Arizona and Nevada, presenting the vision and work of GraceWorks Global along with Allen and Sheree and family. It involved one motorhome and our 5th wheel parked in church parking lots, and all eight of us busy with some part of the presentation and interaction with the pastors and congregations of six churches. Response was good, and we were making preparation for Allen's overseas trips when...LOCKDOWN!

Allen continued his outreach to the foreign fields, and even expanded the reach of GWG, except that none of these ministries involved any of us physically visiting the fields. Allen managed to provide teaching to multiple locations in at least six different countries, three of those being places he has never visited personally.

...Fast forward through 2021 and '22

Our 3/4 ton truck needed a rebuilt engine, which cost just over $10,000 and gave us continual problems, so we ended up selling it and dug into our retirement savings AGAIN to replace it with a more capable 2006 GMC 1 ton truck. Even though we only take a few trips each year now, the "new" truck puts our minds at ease every time we need it.

We are confident that God is still in control, and that He is working out the details of our responsibilities, the finances, and Phil's continued healing from his 2018 heart attack, but if you would like to pray about these needs, we would appreciate it.

Also, we would GREATLY appreciate  your financial help in recovering the cost of that diesel engine rebuild and replacement.
